Here be Dragons

Normally, I'm anti-more-than-one-challenge-at-a-time.

This one happens to be dragon-related, though, so I couldn't resist!

Stray Talk, a book blog run by Love, is hosting Here be Dragons, a challenge to read 3-5 books concerning dragons by June 30th, 2008. The challenge can be found here or by clicking the image above : here

Re-reads do count, so, if I can find all the books, my list is...

  • Dragonflight by Anne McCaffrey
  • Dragon's Blood by Jane Yolen
  • Dragon Rider by Cornelia Funke
  • Eragon by Christopher Paolini
  • A Strong and Sudden Thaw by R.W. Day
Until then, happy reading!

You joined! Yaaay! :-)

Look forward to your reviews. I didn't know Cornelia Funke had written anything other than her Inkheart (which I'm now reading) series. So, I must check that out.

Thank you for joining the challenge!

I will be reading A Strong and Sudden Thaw too and am looking forward to reading what you think of it.

Cath: I got Inkheart, Inkspell, and DragonRider for Christmas... I haven't read DragonRider yet, surprisingly, but I shall! -grin-

Love: It looks good. ^-^

I enjoyed both DragonRider and Eragon and just finished Dragonflight (for the 4th time) so you are in for some good reading!

Dragon Rider is aimed at folks somewhat younger than Inkheart.. but it still was very enjoyable.
